TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions were most recently updated on 1 March 2012.

PAYMENT

We accept payment using any of the following American Express, Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.

DELIVERY

We take care to ensure that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. An appropriate person must sign for all goods on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by us. We will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to attempt to rearrange the delivery.

Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery. Should you fail to be present for your delivery, we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the cost of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.

Orders over £25 to the following postcodes: NW6, NW8 and W9 are free.

Orders for less than £25 requiring delivery to these postcodes will be charged a £9 delivery charge.

All orders under £75 to NW1, W1 and W2 carry a delivery charge of £14.

All orders under £75 to the following postcodes carry a delivery charge of £20: W11, W14, NW2, NW3, NW5, NW11, N1, N2, N6, SW1, SW7, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1 and WC2.

For deliveries to addresses not covered by these postcodes, please call 020 7624 2013.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. Such notification should be by email to info@adafina.co.uk and sent within 24 hours of your receipt.

We will promptly and fully refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction. Where appropriate, we will arrange with you for the collection of these goods.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. The personal information that you give us is held with care and security. We do not sell, rent or transfer this information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
